Fault handling and prevention
Fault identification
Decreased adsorption efficiency: It may be due to saturated activated carbon or damage to equipment components. The machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Excessively high motor temperature: It might be due to severe damage to the carbon brushes and the motor commutator. The power supply should be cut off and the motor can resume operation only after the temperature drops.
Increased noise: It might be due to damaged rolling bearings, bent or deformed transmission shafts, or loose standard parts. Timely repair or replacement of components is required.
Fault prevention
Regularly inspect the sealing performance of the equipment, pipe connections, valves and other parts, and promptly identify and repair leakage points.
Regularly inspect and replace the vulnerable parts of the equipment to ensure its normal operation.
